DIJON HERB CRUSTED RACK OF LAMB

A rack of lamb recipe for two with a Dijon Herb Panko crust.

Roasted to succulent, juicy perfection.

INGREDIENTS:

Frenched Rack of Lamb

Fresh Herbs

Panko Breadcrumbs

Dijon Mustard

SERVES: 2

COOK TIME:  35 MINUTES

STEP 1

Season and sear the lamb, then spread with Dijon mustard.

STEP 2

Mix together the breadcrumbs and herbs, then coat them on top of the lamb.

STEP 3

Roast at 350 degrees until 130 degrees F for medium rare. Let rest.
