Welcome to my new site, ColeyCooks.com!
I’m beyond excited to be introducing Coley Cooks, my new brand and format for documenting all of my latest ventures. Rather than having a bunch of different names for all the different stuff I’m doing, I decided to put it all under one roof. It makes life a little easier.
I’ll still be posting up the same goofy stories and tantalizing recipes, only now you’ll find them here rather than on Too Full For School. If you we’re subscribed to the blog before, not to worry, you’ll still be receiving regular e-mail updates only now they’ll be coming from Coley Cooks!
And if you haven’t subscribed, then what the heck are you waiting for?! (Add your e-mail on the right. Go on! You know you want to.)
So, What’s New?
Aside from being the new name of the blog, Coley Cooks is also the name of my new Video Cooking Series and Youtube Channel! I’ll be posting up regular videos with recipes, ingredient spotlights, cooking techniques, guest appearances and lots other Coley shenanigans. You’ll be able to access them all right here on ColeyCooks.com under the videos tab, along with clips from Food Network Star, The Chef’s Kitchen and more!
I’ve also created an updated recipe index to make searching for your favorite dishes even easier. Just click the recipe tab up top, or look to the right to access all the different categories. Plus, each post now comes with a handy dandy recipe card, so you can download and print it out for easy access. Now you can add all your favorite Coley Cooks recipes to that little stained folder in the corner of your kitchen.
Now it’s time for what you’ve all been waiting for: The big reveal of our new kitchen!
I’ve been stringing you all along since we started this adventure in August, and I’m so happy to finally share the end result.
But first, lets take a little trip down memory lane…
CAN I GET A DRUMROLL PLEASE?
Check it out!!!
Not too shabby, eh?
Here’s a few more angles.

This new kitchen as well as Coley Cooks couldn’t have happened without the help of some very special people…
First, and foremost: Chaser Gaffney. He worked for months planning and creating the new design. He coordinated help and did the bulk of the work himself. Not only did he put his blood, sweat and tears into this project, he dealt calmly with a wife who was FREAKING OUT over not having a kitchen for several months. Ok, so it was totally his blood and sweat, but the tears were definitely all mine.
I couldn’t be luckier to have him as my partner in crime.
Also, a huge thanks goes out to all the awesome companies that helped us along the way: PJC Carpentry, CP Electric, Seashore Heating, Munn Bros. Painting, Absecon Island Marble & Granite.
And of course, our buddies that came in to lend a hand: Austin, Andy, Todd, Higbee, Jimmy, Steve, Holin & the rest of the guys that put in so much hard work (ps we totally still owe you all dinner).
Special shout out to Stephanie Koch & the Lutz family at Bon Ton Blinds & Interiors for the window treatments and grasscloth!
Coley Cooks logo design and paintings adorning the kitchen all by my awesome bro-in-law & artist-extraordinaire Terry Gaffney!
A very special Thanks to the one and only Acadia Einstein for helping me with all-things-internet and getting the new Coley Cooks site up-and-running.
Another special thanks to Winnie Anderson for being a wealth of knowledge, branding guru, confidant and all-around inspiring person.
Alex Anton for taking our gorrrrrgeous new photos.
And YOU! I’m so grateful for all of my readers and fans for actually giving a damn. None of this would be possible without your continued support. I appreciate you all so soooooo much!!
I can’t wait to share more recipes, tips and stories right here. Be sure to check back often and don’t forget to subscribe!
Till next time…
