This simple melon and cucumber salad is hands down my favorite dish of the summer. It’s crisp and sweet and juicy and salty and I just can’t seem to get enough of it right now.
This is tzatziki sauce. It’s a Greek dip/condiment made from cucumbers, garlic and Greek yogurt. Maybe you’ve had it slathered all over a gyro or as a meze at your favorite Greek restaurant. If you’ve never had it at all, then you’re in for quite a treat. It’s pungent, tangy, creamy and refreshing.
We’re going back to school again! This time it’s all about pickling 101. Pickled foods are the best kinds of foods, in my humble opinion.
